IMPORTANT:
Visa Fees are NOT REFUNDABLE  and must be paid in Local Currency, Ringgit Malaysia (RM). If you have encountered an error with your payment or you believe your payment was not successful, DO NOT PAY THE FEE A SECOND TIME AS IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Please email our support center at support-malaysia@ustraveldocs.com with your concern and we will investigate.

Please make sure you know the correct visa fee to pay before proceeding with payment.  In the case of an underpayment, you will need to make a new payment for the correct amount and WILL NOT receive a refund for the incorrect payment.  In the case of an overpayment, you WILL NOT receive a refund for the amount you overpaid.

After you use the receipt to schedule an interview, you cannot transfer the application fee to a different applicant

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT ACCEPT OVERSEAS ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFERS. YOU CAN ONLY MAKE THIS PAYMENT IF YOU MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT IN MALAYSIA.

The MRV fee is payable in Malaysian Ringgit only. The MYR amounts accepted by the U.S. Department of State for each USD equivalent are specified on the deposit slips and EFT payment pages below and on other pages on this web site. Payment of an incorrect amount may result in processing delays or result in having to repay the MRV fee.

If you pay your visa application fee with an electronic funds transfer from your bank account before 4.30pm, you may schedule your appointment after 12pm the next business day.

IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU KEEP THE UNIQUE ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT YOU ACTUALLY USE TO MAKE YOUR EFT PAYMENT. You must have this number as proof of payment in order to schedule your visa interview appointment. It is the applicant's responsibility to save this number. If not, you cannot schedule an interview with your payment, and you must make another payment.
