Notes for Children’s Applications To qualify for Interview Waiver service, the child must reside in Singapore, and both parents must already have valid U.S. visas. **Special note for parents applying with children under the age of 14: If at least one parent (or relative) is applying for a visa, along with a child under the age of 14, the child’s appearance at the parent’s (or relative’s) visa interview may be waived, but Interview Waiver service should not be utilized for the child’s application.
