Passport/Visa Collection Locations
Once your Non – Immigrant visa is approved, your passport will likely be ready for either pick-up or delivery the following week. The passport can be picked up at the courier office you provided when you selected your appointment, or it will be delivered to your home or office if that is what you requested. If there is a delay with your visa, you will be notified directly by the Embassy.
If you applied for a K1 visa or an Immigrant Visa, your passport will be ready for pick-up or delivery five business days after the date of approval at the address/location you specified when you registered your profile with us. We will notify you if there is a delay.
Please note that your document delivery address can be changed any time prior until 11:59pm on the day of your scheduled nonimmigrant visa interview date at the U.S. Embassy.

Premium service - Effective November 1, 2021
The Pick-up/Drop off service at Aramex Changi and Delivery service of your passport/documents will be considered Premium Service and appropriate fees will apply.
Pick-up/Drop-off of documents at the Aramex B/Stone remains free of charge.
A fee of SGD$13.20 will be collected if you select Pick-up/Drop off at Aramex Changi prior to your passport collection.
For delivery service within Singapore, a fee of SGD$18.20 will be collected. The fees will be collected before the passport/document is delivered.
Only cash payment in exact change is accepted currently.
Hold At Location (HAL)
Aramex provides "Hold at Location" facilities where your passport is held for pick-up in case your delivery address is not serviceable by Aramex. You can choose the most convenient location from the list displayed to you when scheduling your appointment. You will be shown the HAL offices available for collection after entering your passport delivery address in the system prior to confirming your interview appointment.
Passports will be held by Aramex for collection for only 10 days. If not collected within the specified time period, your passport will be returned to the Embassy.
To collect your passport from the Aramex HAL location you must provide your original government-issued photo ID, i.e., Identity Card.
If a representative is collecting the passport on your behalf (even in case of family members) the representative must present:
- An original government-issued photo ID for identification
- A photocopy of the applicant's government-issued photo ID
- A letter of authority signed by the applicant, authorizing the representative to collect the passport. The letter of authority must contain the following information:
- Full name of the representative as stated on the representative's government-issued ID card.
- Name of the applicant whose passport is to be collected.
- Fee receipt number of applicant whose passport is to be collected. Immigrant visa applicants must mention the receipt number on the letter.
If the applicant is under the age of 16, the following documents are required:
- A clear photocopy of the applicant's Fee Receipt.
- Original, signed letter of authority from either parent.
- A clear photocopy of the government-issued photo ID, i.e., ID card of the parent who has signed the letter of authority.
- The original government-issued photo ID of the representative.
Please note: In case of a group/family, a single letter of authority with the required information for each of the applicants will be accepted.
Aramex will be unable to deliver the passport if any of the above mentioned documents are not available.
