Select Document Delivery Address
Overview
You must provide us with a delivery address for your passport prior to your interview appointment. When you or your representative call or go online to register your document delivery address, be sure to have the Immigrant Case Number shown in the Embassy notification letter. If your visa application is approved, ARAMEX will return your passport and visa to you at the address you provided or the pick-up location you selected when you applied for your visa. The Pick-up/Drop off at Aramex Changi and Delivery service of your passport/documents will be considered Premium Service and appropriate fees will apply depending on the pick-up/drop off or delivery location selected. Pick-up/Drop off of documents at the Aramex B/Stone remains free of charge. A fee of SGD$13.20 will be collected if you select Pick-up/Drop off at Aramex Changi prior to your passport collection. For delivery service within Singapore, a fee of SGD$18.20 will be collected. The fees will be collected in cash before the passport/document is delivered. Exact change required.
