Hold At Locations: (HAL) are the 2go offices where your passports are held for delivery in case your address is not serviceable by 2go. You can choose the most convenient HAL location (closest to your current residence or office) from the list displayed to you when scheduling your appointment. You will be shown the HAL offices available for collection after entering your passport delivery address in the system prior to confirming your interview appointment.

Passports will be held by 2go for collection for only 10 working days. If not collected within the specified time period, your passport will be returned to the Embassy.

To collect your passport from the 2go HAL location you must provide your original government-issued photo ID, i.e., Identity Card.

If a representative is collecting the passport on your behalf (even in case of family members) they must carry:

  1. The original government-issued photo ID, i.e., Identity Card.
  2. A letter of authority signed by the applicant, authorizing a representative to collect the passport. The letter of authority must contain the following information:
  • Full name of the representative as stated on the government-issued ID card.
  • Name of the applicant whose passport is to be collected.
  • Fee receipt number of applicant whose passport is to be collected. Immigrant visa applicants must mention the receipt number on the letter.

If the applicant is under the age of 16, the following documents are required:

  1. Original, signed letter of authority from either parent.
  2. A clear photocopy of the government-issued photo ID, i.e., ID card of the parent who has signed the letter of authority.
  3. The original government-issued photo ID of the representative.

Please note: In case of a group/family, a single letter of authority with the required information for each of the applicants will be accepted.

2go will be unable to deliver the passport if any of the above mentioned documents are not available.
