You must select a delivery address for your passport's return prior to scheduling your visa interview appointment. When you select your document delivery address, be sure to have the Immigrant Case Number shown in the Embassy notification letter. If your visa application is approved, Fletes Chavale will return your passport and visa to you at the address or pick-up location you selected when you scheduled your interview. Your passport will be delivered only to the address you specified when you scheduled your visa interview. 

IMPORTANT NEWS: As of November 1, 2021, all documents sent or received through the majority of Fletes Chavale branches will have a cost for shipping or picking up documents. To register your document delivery return address online. Please follow these steps:

We inform you that each and every applicant has to create a profile on in order to pick-up their passport, from the pre-selected pickup location.

We would request you to follow the below steps:

1) Login at
2) After login select New Application/Schedule Appointment on the left hand side menu.
3) Select IV Address Registration and click continue.
4) Select the appropriate Visa Class and click continue. (If there is no appropriate visa class available, select a class that closely matches your original visa class)
5) Enter the passport details, contact information & mailing address and click continue.
6) Add dependents if any and click continue.
7) Select the document delivery pick up location and click continue.
8) Print the Transaction confirmation page by clicking here.
