Change Document Delivery Address

If you wish to modify your document delivery address after you have received your address label from SIA Velokurjers you should e-mail velokurjers@velokurjers.lv or call tel. +371 200 00041 to request a new address label. The subject line of your e-mail should be - U.S. visa application delivery request. These arrangements must be done prior to your visit to the Embassy for the visa interview. If you are applying without an interview and will be mailing your documents to the Embassy, you should make sure that the envelope that will be used to return your documents to you includes your correct address information.
