Hours of Operation

English, Sinhalese and Tamil speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local Sri Lankan time, and Sunday to Friday from 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time in the United States. The call center is closed weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and holidays as observed by the U.S. posts.
