Payment Restrictions

  • Payment at Pay-easy ATM: Please complete to pay the MRV fee at a Pay-easy ATM as three payment information numbers will be generated from the system and will be sent you. The payment will be charged once it is completed.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer: The payment will be charged once a process of payment is completed.
  • Online Payments with a Credit Card: The payment will be charged once a process of payment is completed.

The Period of Delivery

Most applicants receive their visas in about seven to fourteen days from their interviews. However, we do not guarantee that every case will be processed in the seven to fourteen days time frame. Also, some cases may require further administrative processing, which could result in a delay of up to six weeks or more.

Refund

Visa fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. DO NOT try to start the payment process again or DO NOT pay multiple payments.

Limitation of amount paid at one time

  • Payment at Pay-easy ATM: 100,000 JPY at one time. ATMs in Japan cannot accept transfers of more than 100,000 yen in cash.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer: A credit limit may be determined by a financial institute such as a bank or Japan Post.
  • Online Payments with a Credit Card: A credit limit may be determined by an issuing credit card company.
