Note: Please do not submit any documentation in a sealed envelope as this will be rejected by the US Embassy /Consulate. If you use an envelope to submit documents, it must remain open at all times.
If you have received a letter from the National Visa Center (NVC) saying you may begin online processing, you need to scan and upload all necessary civil and financial documents to our online Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov/IV. However, if your police certificate is from another country and is in a sealed envelope, do NOT open the envelope or scan the document. Please bring it to your visa interview.
