Change Document Delivery Address

Overview

If you have already scheduled an appointment online, but wish to modify your document delivery address, you can do so by logging into your profile. You may change your document delivery address at any time before 11:59 p.m. on the day of your interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

  1. On the home page select the Change Document Delivery Information box at the bottom right of the screen.



  2. When you click on the Change Document Delivery Information box it will take you to the Specify Documentation Delivery page. Choose whether you would like to Pick Up or pay for the Premium Delivery Service.

    If you selected the pick-up option, please note that your documents will only be available for collection in the city of processing/interview and cannot not be transferred to another city.

  3. If selecting Premium Delivery Service please select 'Click here to register your delivery preferences', create an account or log into existing VFS account with login credentials and follow prompts. You will have to pay the $37.30 delivery fee before returning back to your profile. 
  4. Once payment is complete, select 'Yes, I have entered my address in the courier's website form' and click continue


    Please note that any change to your delivery address or delivery option will NOT reflect in your official scheduling profile. all changes need to be registered on the VFS platform.
