Hours of Operation
English-speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Australia Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Monday through Friday. Callers from the United States can reach the call center between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and between 12 midnight and 2 a.m on Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). The call center is closed on U.S. holidays and Australian holidays which are observed by all consular posts.

Agents will not instruct you to pay your MRV fee over the phone; we strongly advise you to verify payment instructions on the Bank and Payment options page before paying your MRV Fee. Our call center agents will not engage in a chat conversation via Skype. A chat option is available through a different application on this page.
