Hours of Operation
English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Local China time and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Standard Time in the United States. The call center is closed weekends and Chinese national holidays, as observed by the U.S. posts.

If you are a nonimmigrant applicant, you may check your DS-160 and visa application status online here by entering interview location and your DS-160 barcode number. If you are an immigrant visa applicant you will enter your case number.
