Overview

You must select a CITIC Bank branch or Premium Delivery(EMS) as a pick-up location for your passport prior to scheduling your visa interview appointment. When you select the pick-up location, be sure to have the Immigrant Case Number shown in the Consulate General notification letter. If your visa application is approved, CITIC Bank or EMS will return your passport and visa to you at the pick-up location you selected when you scheduled your interview. There are no extra fees associated with CITIC service, but an extra service fee needs to be paid for Premium Delivery (EMS).

For IV applications, prices will vary as per the below (including a RMB 20 insurance fee):

  • Guangdong Province: 59 RMB per passport
  • Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan: 79 RMB per passport
  • Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia: 94 RMB per passport
  • Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Xizang(Tibet), Xinjiang: 119 RMB per passport

IMPORTANT:  Before we can deliver your visa, you must register or log-in to the website. If your appointment was scheduled by NVC, when you reach the “My Dashboard” page, click on “New Application/Schedule Appointment” and then register a document pick-up location by selecting “Immigrant Visa-Scheduled by NVC-Registration Only” to complete the IV address registration.  Please make sure that you fill out all the required fields in the pages that follow. Applicants, who have registered previously, either for a non-immigrant visa application or a prior immigrant visa application, should ensure that their contact information and document pick-up location are up-to-date.  Failure to register or to update your contact information and document pick-up location prior to your visa interview will result in serious delays processing and delivering your paperwork and/or visa. If you encounter problems during the registration process, please email to: support-china@ustraveldocs.com. You will be informed by email when your passport and visa packet are ready for pick-up.
