Hours of Operation
English, French and German speaking customer service agents are ready to assist you from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local Swiss time and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time in the United States. The call center is closed weekends and Swiss national holidays, as observed by the U.S. posts.

Email: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, and you will receive an automatic response with the status.

WARNING: Please make sure to verify the Skype ID of US Visa Service Desk before adding it. Our helpline Skype ID is ustraveldocs-Switzerland. We are aware of imposters who use similar Skype names and are pretending to be related to the US Visa Service Desk advising applicants to pay the fees via Western Union or Moneygram. Please note that we don’t support such payment options and we strongly advise you to verify payment instructions on Bank and Payment options page before paying your MRV Fee.
We’d also like to clarify that our call center agents will not engage in a chat conversation via Skype. Chat option is available through a different application on this page.
