Overview (Immigrant Visas inc. K Visas)

Once your visa is approved, Toll Priority will deliver your passport to the location you specified when you created your profile. Take note that the courier does not deliver passports or visas to post office boxes.

Please ensure your address on your profile is correct prior to the delivery of your passport, if you will not be at your home address, it is recommended to put your work address instead. Please note if you are not available for delivery of your passport, you will be required to go to a depot to collect your passport.

Email: You may also send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com In the subject and/or body enter only a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled. Do not enter any additional text. You will receive an automatic response with the status.

Families and Groups (Non-Immigrant Visas inc. K Visas)

For security reasons, all passports are mailed individually. If you applied for a visa as a family or group, please be aware that your passports may arrive on different days.

Change Delivery Options (Non-Immigrant Visas inc. K Visas)

You may change your preferred document delivery address online or through the call center until 11:59 p.m. the day of your interview appointment. There is no cost to change your delivery preferences.
