Select Document Delivery Address

Overview

Once the National Visa Center (NVC), the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) or the U.S. Consulate Vienna has scheduled your interview appointment, you must provide an address where you want your visa package delivered after issuance.

You should specify your document delivery address prior to your interview.

In order to register your delivery address, you will first need to create a profile. After logging into your profile, please click on “New Application/Schedule Appointment”, select “Immigrant Visa” and then “Immigrant Visa Delivery Registration”. Be sure to print out the confirmation page at the end of the process and bring it with you to the interview.

You will need your Immigrant Case Number to enter your document delivery address. Your Immigrant Case Number begins with “VNN,” other capital letters, or a calendar year.

If your visa application is approved at the conclusion of your interview, the courier vendor will deliver your passport containing the visa and other documents in a packet to you at the address you provided. Your immigrant visa packet will be delivered only to the delivery address you specified in your profile.

Note: BE SURE TO ENTER ONLY AN AUSTRIAN STREET ADDRESS; DO NOT ENTER a  P.O. BOX OR A NON-AUSTRIAN ADDRESS, although the registration screen may allow you to input it.  The courier vendor cannot deliver documents to a P.O box or outside Austria.  Please ensure that the visa recipient’s name (or the care/of name) matches the name on the mail box.

You may modify your delivery address until 23:59 on the date of your appointment by logging into your profile and making the desired changes.
